ARMS FAQ's

How do I obtain the system?

For the free, trial version, go to the downloads page and download it. For the registered version, go to our products page.

Can I purchase ARMS and immediately download it?

Yes - just go to the downloads page and use the appropriate Buy Now button for the version you want to purchase. NOTE: You can purchase a download AND a CD at the same time on the download page.

How much does it cost?

The trial version is free to try and keep. There is no time limit, but you are limited to only entering 30 records. You may continue to use the trial version as long as you like.

The paid/registered version has various costs depending on what support and license package you purchase. A basic support package for 5 users is $55.00. Please see our products page for details.

NOTE: If your office has more than 10 users, please contact us for a price. We will keep the price low, but for more than 10 users, you may have support/training issues that should be discussed. If you don't need any extra help or training, please just purchase 2 copies of the 10 user package and your license will include up to 350 users.

Does the try out period expire?

There is no expiration on the try out period. You may continue using the program as long as you like, but it will limit you to entering 30 records.

How do I get support?

Support is available by email and via the forum. Click here to go to Forum
Priority support is available if you purchase the priority support with the product. Priority support enables you to get help quicker and to receive call backs if necessary.

How much do upgrades cost?

Upgrades are free for 2 years if you purchase the product with an upgrade license (see product page for details). If you purchase the basic version with no upgrades, then you may purchase a future version for a 25% discount.

Can the system be customized for my office?

YES. If you would like the system to be customized, please contact us and we will be glad to work with you. We gladly customize our software and reports. The cost of customization varies greatly depending on what you need. Once the work to be done is defined, we will sign a basic contract to complete the work for the negotiated fee.

What is the history of this product?

This product was initially a result of a school project for my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Many advocates (at least in my state) are on a tight budget and are grant funded. I wanted to provide a system that advocates could purchase at a reasonable cost.

May I give this program to other advocates?

You may freely distribute the trial version, but you are NOT allowed to distribute the paid version. If you know someone else who would benefit from using this program, then please refer them to this website to obtain the system. The latest version and help will always be posted here, so it's best that they get it here.

Will my registration information be shared in any way?

NO! I do not and will not share any information given through this web site, email, or registration with anyone at anytime. Registration and other information, including email addresses are kept private. I will only use the information to help me support the system.
