How do I obtain ARMS?
Can I purchase ARMS and immediately download it?
Yes - just go to the products page and use the appropriate Buy Now button for the version you want to purchase. NOTE: You can purchase a download AND a CD at the same time on the products page.
How about an installation CD?
You can receive a CD with your purchase. Just select that option when you purchase the download. If you prefer, you can wait for the CD, or you can download it anytime within 7 days from the purchase date.
What can I do if I lose the file or if I have trouble with the download?

Just contact us by email or letter and we'll get a CD sent to you as soon as possible.
The trial version is free to try and keep. You may continue to use the trial version as long as you like.
The paid/registered version has various costs depending on what support and license package you purchase. Please see our products page for prices and details.
NOTE: If your office has more than 10 users, please contact us for a pricing. We will keep the price low, but for more than 10 users, you may have support/training issues that should be discussed. If you don't need any extra help or training, please just purchase 2 copies of the 10 user package and your license will include up to 100 users.
The trial version does not expire. You may continue using the program as long as you like, but you will only be able to add up to 30 records.
Support is available by email. Enhanced support is available if you purchase a package that includes it. Enhanced support gives you more support options including remote service for installation, upgrades and training. It also includes limited phone support.
Phone support is limited because it is costly to provide that level of service and one of our main goals is to keep the cost of this software low. Another reason is that we are a very small, family business with limited support resources. We will do our best to help anyone with questions, but to keep costs low, most of the support will be by email and through this web site.
Upgrades (and bug fixes) are free for two (2) months for all packages. If you purchase a package with an upgrade license, upgrades are included for the stated period (see product page for details). If you purchase the basic package and we release a new, major version within ninety (90) days after your purchase, you can receive a free upgrade by contacting us and asking about the 90 day upgrade policy. A major version is defined as a full version up from the current one. For example: If you purchase version 2.5 and we release version 3.0 within 90 days of your original purchase, then you can receive the upgrade for free as long as you contact us and ask for it. Upgrades will be announced on this website. You can find the upgrade history here.
If an upgrade comes out after the first 90 days, and you have no upgrade license then you may purchase it for a 30% discount.
Definitely YES. If you would like the system to be customized, please contact us and we will work with you to get what you need. The cost of customization varies greatly depending on what you need. Once the work to be done is defined, we will sign a basic contract to complete the work for the negotiated fee.
NOTE: There are many options when doing a customization, including receiving the full source code.
This product was initially a result of a school project for Ron's (the owner) Bachelor degree in Information Technology. Many advocates (at least in our home state of Utah) are on a tight budget and are grant funded. We wanted to provide a system that advocates could purchase at a reasonable cost.
You may freely distribute the trial version, but you are NOT allowed to distribute the paid version. If you know someone else who would benefit from using this program, then please refer them to this website to obtain the system. The latest version and help will always be posted here, so it's best that they get it here.
NO - absolutely not! We do not and will not share any information given to us through this web site, email, or registration, with anyone at anytime. Registration and other information, including email addresses are kept private. We will only use the information you provide to us to help support the system and communicate with you on a limited basis about product upgrades, bug fixes and other important information related to ARMS software and services. The only exception would be if a government entity submitted a request via subpoena for information we have or other legal reasons. Since all of our financial transactions are handled through PayPal we do not store any financial information at all. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
