What is the RMS?

ARMS is a record management system designed for victim advocates to help them track their cases and report on their statistics. It is a desktop client software application that saves your data in a relational database which can then be used to provide reports and statistics on demand.

Why have an RMS?

Victim advocates have an important job to do, but they spend too much time just doing paper work that's required for grants that fund their position. The RMS was created to help alleviate the paperwork and case tracking work and let the advocate concentrate on doing their job - helping victims. ARMS can save hours of your time by making it easy to track the essential services you provide for victims and make grant reporting a simple process through the provided reports. Custom reports can also be designed by you or your IT staff or by request through RC Computers.
